Sunset Beach House offers four ensuite king-sized bedrooms - each with private decks and outrageous views. It's central location on the island provides the easiest access to the resorts and restaurants to the west and to world-class Shoal Bay Beach to the east.

About the House
The modern, luxurious open-floor plan offers ideal accommodations for 2-8 people. This is truly outdoor living, with all rooms opening to the sea.
The master suite is on the first floor with a spa-like bathroom and shower with view of the sea. Two 2nd floor bedrooms have private decks and the lower-level bedroom has separate entrance, just steps from the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The large kitchen, with an 8 1/2ft island, is a chef’s delight. A European professional,
6-burner gas-range, KitchenAid french door fridge, wine fridge, microwave drawer and outdoor Luxor gas grill provide everything needed for dinners while watching the sunset.
Enjoy watching the outdoor TV while sipping a cocktail in the heated-pool. Or sitting in the breezeway, gazing
at the lush, courtyard flowers and humming birds.
The Villa
Situated less than 300ft from Blackgarden Beach, Sunset Beach House offers luxurious living with a laid back vibe. It is surrounded in the front by a tropical garden and to the back with unobstructed ocean views, teeming sea-life and amazing sunsets.

Kitchen
The large modern kitchen is a chef’s delight with professional, 6-burner gas-range, KitchenAid french door fridge, wine fridge and outdoor professional gas grill.
Master Suite
Located on the first floor you will find the palatial master bedroom with a spacious bathroom
and dressing room. The large shower, with a view of the sea, has
been covered with pure Anguilla stone tiles
– a beautiful sight and amazing testament to
the beauty that is the island of Anguilla.
Pool
A pristine salt-water pool, overlooks the waves breaking on the reef below and features a seated section. An outdoor shower is also located on this level. Right behind the pool you will find a luscious outdoor living room, decked out with plush, comfy seating and flatscreen tv!
Bedrooms
The next two bedrooms are located on the second floor and are separated by a spacious hallway that overlooks the below living areas. They are very large and offer custom, room-darkening drapery, plush area rugs and a full-size baby crib, if needed.
The fourth bedroom is found outside the main building, close to the waters edge. This bedroom also features air-conditioning, flatscreen TV, en-suite full-sized shower and a private deck.
All bedrooms have luxury king-sized beds, air-conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms with very large walk-in showers. But the best feature is the privacy due to the layout of the house and the unbeatable views from each room and the sound of sea right below.
